Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

You will handle routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, respond to maintenance requests, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work, and support the team while following safety standards to keep the property running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment. Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
