Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep across the hotel, ensuring safe, clean, and functional guest areas.

The role involves completing routine tasks in guest rooms and public areas, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. It also includes maintaining tools and supporting the team to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
• Able to lift, move, climb, and use tools.
• Flexible to work days including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
