Job summary

Dimension Hospitality, LLC is seeking aMaintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, responding to requests, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work while maintaining tools and workspace in an organized manner.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
