Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1–3+ years of maintenance or general handyman work.
• Travel: No travel required; property-based position.
• Physical: Frequent walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Replace fixtures and basic equipment as needed.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on schedule.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
• Assist with HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards immediately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office to support guest needs.
