Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3+ years maintenance or general handyman in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Travel: no travel required; property-based.
• Physical ability for frequent movement and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Assist in maintaining building systems to operate safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and minimize guest disruption.
• Maintain maintenance records and support safety compliance.
