Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance per Green Shield Binder and management direction.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning to keep the property pristine.
• Complete repairs listed on work orders promptly and professionally.
• Carry out preventative maintenance inspections as outlined.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and safeguard tool inventory.
• Assist with cleaning and other duties as assigned by management.
