Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment functions and guest rooms are well-maintained. The role requires executing tasks per the Green Shield Binder and management guidance, keeping facilities clean, safe, and operational.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining logs and following procedures.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently; follow safety rules and company guidelines.
• Write routine reports and correspondences; perform basic arithmetic and measurement.
• Apply good judgment in daily tasks and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property equipment and keep premises in pristine condition.
• Complete tasks per Green Shield Binder and management directions in a timely fashion.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning, trash removal, and building upkeep, including snow/ice where applicable.
• Repair work orders in a timely, professional manner and document PM inspections.
• Follow safety procedures, life safety inspections, and maintain required records.
• Assist with emergencies, coordinate with vendors, and support site operations.
