Valor Hospitality Partners in Roswell is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to respond to service calls and keep hotel equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, take water samples, and assist with rounds, emergency response, and daily operations. The role offers a competitive salary and a strong benefits package within a Hilton-flag property.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent trade school.
• Two years prior experience in building maintenance and construction.
• Ability to maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing equipment and perform carpentry, repair work, construction and renovation work.
• Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on hotel equipment (kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, guest rooms).
• Take water samples and treat water to maintain chemical levels.
• Operate equipment and monitor domestic water and electrical systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance in engineering spaces and daily operations.
• Make rounds to ensure everything is in working order.
• Complete maintenance requests and log readings for the next shift.
• Respond to emergencies (fire alarms, power failures) and notify authorities.
• Operate boiler and chiller and maintain building temperatures.
• Assist with parking lot maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
