Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Richmond, VA seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and public areas in pristine condition and ensure all equipment operates reliably. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to requests, and follow the Green Shield Binder procedures.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, ability to read English, basic math, safety knowledge, and willingness to work with minimal supervision. Weekly pay and a supportive team environment are part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and company guidelines.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Assist with resolving guest issues in accordance with company policies.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements as part of maintenance tasks.

• Responds to and assists with all guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Performs the out of room cleaning and repairs per work orders in a timely manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.
• Maintains records of inspections and deficiencies per the Green Shield Binder.
