ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the property and guest rooms are maintained in pristine condition and repairs are completed promptly. The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and adherence to Green Shield Binder policies.

The position requires ability to work with minimal supervision, respond to guest requests, manage maintenance tools, and collaborate with management to uphold ESA standards across all property areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and company standards.
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to work with measurement units.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest and associate experiences.
• Perform maintenance tasks per work orders and Green Shield Binder.
• Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
• Conduct cleaning and upkeep to keep premises pristine (inside/outside areas).
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain organized work areas and tool inventory; follow safety procedures.
