Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment functions, premises are pristine, and guest rooms are well maintained. The role follows the Green Shield Binder and safety procedures while responding to guest needs and supervising minimal supervision tasks.

Applicants should perform preventative maintenance, manage maintenance logs, and coordinate with management on repairs; a high school diploma or GED is required, with strong safety awareness and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests and associates.
• Understand safety rules and follow procedures and standards.
• Maintain records of inspections and deficiencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and associates satisfaction.
• Work with minimal supervision while performing duties to standard.
• Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through per guidelines.
• Perform room and property cleaning, maintenance, and repairs per work orders.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and follow the Green Shield Binder schedule.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and safeguard tools inventory.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current.
