Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure hotel equipment operates smoothly and guest rooms are maintained to high standards. The role requires performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine cleaning while following safety procedures and company policies.

The incumbent will handle work orders, maintain records, and assist with emergencies. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong English proficiency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and hotel premises in pristine condition.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance as per work orders.
• Complete routine cleaning tasks and assist with guest requests.
• Follow Green Shield Binder procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and inventory supervised.
• Monitor safety systems and assist with emergencies as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and management to complete tasks.
