Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining organized work areas. The position offers weekly pay and competitive wages within a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests and vendors.
• Understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic math in all units of measure using whole numbers and decimals.
• Apply good judgment in daily maintenance tasks and guest issues.
• Assist with guest issue resolution per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and premises in pristine condition and repair equipment as needed.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and log results.
• Follow Green Shield Binder workflows and SOPs to meet company standards.
• Assist with cleaning areas and communicate with management on needs.
