Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment is functioning, premises are pristine, and guest rooms are well maintained. The role requires completing tasks per the Green Shield Binder and management direction to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include performing out-of-room cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance while following SOPs, safety guidelines, and proper record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards.
• Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely fashion.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
• Respond to guest requests with follow-through.
• Follow safety policies and SOPs.
