Job summary

Town Pump Company seeks an on-site maintenance worker to perform daily cleaning, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of grounds, buildings, and guest rooms. Some locations may require driving the shuttle van.

You will model genuine hospitality by delivering reliable service while following safety and grooming guidelines. Responsibilities include installing minor repairs, completing maintenance checklists, reporting issues, and keeping maintenance records up to date.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of building construction, repair, maintenance, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing preferred.
• Ability to work with basic tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet Town Pump standards for daily cleaning, upkeep, and preventive maintenance.
• Install small maintenance items under supervision.
• Complete daily and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Report issues and ensure work orders are in place.
• Maintain records on equipment, tools, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure security of equipment, tools, and inventory stock.
• Follow safety guidelines including Bloodborne Pathogens.
