Job summary

The Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking motivated Hotel Maintenance Personnel to uphold our standards of Genuine Hospitality. You will perform daily cleaning, upkeep, and preventative maintenance across grounds, buildings, and guest rooms, with emphasis on safety and service quality.

This role involves small repairs, record-keeping, and timely reporting of issues, ensuring an excellent guest experience in line with Town Pump guidelines. Training and cross‑functional support may be required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of building construction, repair, and maintenance.
• Experience with heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing preferred.
• Ability to perform small repairs in guest rooms and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of facilities.
• Handle small repairs and property maintenance for grounds, buildings, and guest rooms.
• Update maintenance records and complete work orders within 24 hours.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and organization on site.
• Cross-train with front desk and housekeeping as needed.
