Job summary

Town Pump Hotel Group seeks motivated Hotel Maintenance Personnel to uphold brand standards and provide reliable maintenance services for facilities and guest rooms. You will perform preventative maintenance, small repairs, and cleaning tasks while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

On some locations you may provide shuttle service and will complete training and maintenance records promptly. Maintain equipment and follow Town Pump guidelines for appearance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities upkeep preferred.
• Ability to perform small repairs and basic trades.
• Willingness to complete trainings and certifications in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of facilities and guest rooms.
• Carry out small repairs or upkeep on building facilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Provide shuttle transportation at some locations when needed.
• Complete maintenance records within 24 hours and report issues for work orders.
• Follow grooming, appearance guidelines, and protect guest and company information.
• Assist with cross-training with front desk and housekeeping as needed.
