This role requires the ability to perform preventive maintenance, log work, and respond promptly to guest needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance capacity.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ability to manage daily activities per work schedule.
• Strong communication with guests and co-workers.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Physical strength for equipment operation and cleaning duties.
• Reliable attendance; able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest room preventive maintenance and general cleaning per guidelines.
• Utilize GC/PM checklists and log work performed.
• Monitor progress and results through control systems.
• Address guest and associate requests and complaints promptly.
• Comply with hotel and government operating procedures.
• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Attend Continuous Improvement Meetings and follow SOPs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
