Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role at the Pooler, GA area hotel. The technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment, and ensure the facility remains safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include guest assistance, proper documentation, and adherence to brand standards. Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Dependable, service-focused, and team player.
• Must meet hotel security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment.
• Maintain grounds and equipment in proper working condition.
• Complete maintenance documentation.
• Identify and report hazards.
• Follow safety, security, and brand standards.
• Assist guests and houseman duties when assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
