LBA Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the Chief Engineer and Lead Maintenance Technician in maintaining hotel facilities and ensuring high maintenance standards. The role emphasizes timely repairs, preventative work, and courteous guest service in line with LBA policies.

The position requires knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, a high school diploma, and the ability to work on-site with potential weekend or night shifts. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of safety precautions when using power tools.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance on furniture and fixtures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain facility using preventative maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure maintenance equipment is in working order.
• Perform tasks: preventative maintenance, repairs, and documentation.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• All other duties within physical capabilities.
