Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and maintenance services across the hotel. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, inspect electrical and plumbing systems, and service the pool to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with building systems, ability to work with various tools, and a commitment to safety and quality. On-site work with flexible scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience
• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance preferred
• Able to operate heavy machinery

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems to keep equipment and systems in good condition
• Repair and replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools
• Inspect electrical systems (air conditioning controls, lighting, etc.) and perform minor repairs
• Service the hotel's pool, including chemical adjustments and filter cleaning
• Maintain exterior areas and curb appeal (snow removal, lawn care, painting, etc.)
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required by management
