Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Macon, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Chief Engineer in hotel operations. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance to meet hotel quality standards while delivering courteous guest service in line with LBA standards.

This role requires knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, the use of hand and power tools, and the ability to work long hours on your feet. Nights or weekends may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing with preventative maintenance.
• Ability to pass security clearances per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using preventative maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure all maintenance equipment is in working order.
• Perform tasks: preventative maintenance, repairs, documentation.
• Assist with houseman duties when assigned.
• All other duties as assigned within physical capabilities.
