Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years as a maintenance technician or similar position.
• HVAC and Pool Maintenance certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and determine corrective measures.
• Maintain facility using preventative maintenance guidelines.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Train maintenance staff on responsibilities and safety.
• Work with associates to upkeep safety and security of the property.
• Maintain all paperwork in accordance with standards.
• Ensure staff have sufficient tools to do their jobs daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
