Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Chief Engineer in operating the hotel’s facilities. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance to meet the hotel’s quality standards while delivering friendly, professional guest service.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift, push and stand for long periods, and willingness to work varied shifts at the Carolina Beach location in the United States. A High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Experience with safety procedures and guest service.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility using preventative maintenance guidelines.
• Ensure maintenance equipment is functioning properly.
• Perform tasks: maintenance, repairs, and documentation.
• Assist with houseman duties when needed.
