Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management's property seeks a Maintenance Engineer to perform preventative and repair work on mechanical/electrical systems, FF&E, and related hotel facilities. You will support HVAC, plumbing, and general building upkeep in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires basic trades knowledge, strong safety awareness, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests in English. On-site, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to recognize safety hazards and follow procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong communication and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical/electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule basis.
• Maintains pool and grounds and records maintenance logs.
• Keeps building exterior and safety procedures up to date.
• Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor and follows policy.
