Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Representative in Augusta, GA. You will repair, replace and refurbish items around the hotel, and help keep spaces safe and clean. You’ll follow a preventative maintenance calendar, monitor supplies, and report to your supervisor.

A pool license (CPO) is ideal if applicable, with good communication and a customer-friendly approach. Require at least 1 year in maintenance, a high school diploma or vocational training, and familiarity with Office or

• At least 1 year in maintenance/repair work.
• High school diploma or vocational training required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or building management/reporting tools (HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, Inncom).
• CPO certification is ideal if hotel has a pool.

Responsibilities

• Repairing, replacing and refurbishing items around the hotel.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of indoor/outdoor areas.
• Follow preventative maintenance calendar and seek improvements.
• Keep supervisor/duty manager informed about supply levels.
• Be ready to take on extra duties as needed.
