Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Maintenance Representative to support daily hotel operations. You will repair and replace items, maintain safety and cleanliness, and follow the preventive calendar to improve guest experiences.

Qualifications include at least one year in maintenance, a high school diploma or vocational training, and knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work. Pool certification is a plus; good communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance or repair experience.
• High school diploma or vocational training is required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and a building management or reporting tools (HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, Inncom).
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge essential; preventative maintenance practices expected.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace and refurbish items around the hotel.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel.
• Follow the preventative maintenance calendar and identify improvements.
• Keep supervisor/duty manager updated on supply levels.
• Be ready to take on extra duties as needed by the team.
