Drury Inn & Suites Terre Haute is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep the property safe and in excellent working order. You will handle a range of repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems while delivering a positive guest experience.

You will mentor Maintenance Tech I team members and collaborate with management on staffing needs. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and proactive maintenance to support superb hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• High level maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I staff.
• Proficiency in communicating in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Ensure exceptional guest and team member experiences.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Develop and monitor safety programs and compliance with ergonomic, emergency-response, and injury-prevention regulations.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
