Job summary

Winchester Lodging LLC is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our soon-to-be renovated hotel. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and address safety and operational issues to keep guests comfortable.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, work independently, and respond quickly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking filters, and inspecting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
