Responsibilities

• Wear brand-standard uniform and protective equipment to prevent injury.
• Adhere to safety and security guidelines for equipment safety and guest safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the property.
• Inspect rooms after work and clean up as needed.
• Clean guest laundry washers, dryers, vending machines, and common areas twice daily.
• Ensure maintenance equipment is functioning and maintained.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors and window trim as required.
