Job summary

Residence Inn Mountain View is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment. The role demands thoroughness, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team or solo, while following health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile maintenance, and may perform exterior work and pool equipment repairs. Flex scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to recognize, report and correct safety hazards and notify supervisors of damages.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile maintenance.
• Able to perform painting, minor roof repairs, and exterior projects.
• Capable of pool and exercise room equipment repairs if needed.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair hotel systems and equipment.
• Maintain and repair building interiors/exteriors.
• Complete reports during each shift for management.
