Job summary

Island Hospitality Management, LLC. seeks a Maintenance Technician to inspect, repair and maintain hotel systems and equipment in San Jose, CA. You will work with a team or independently, following health and safety guidelines to keep buildings and common areas in top condition.

The role may require flexible scheduling. Candidates should be proactive, deliver quality guest service, and assist with preventative maintenance and urgent repairs as needed.

• Work with Chief Engineer and management on projects.
• Prepare reports during each shift for management.
• Assist with exterior maintenance during bad weather as needed.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs.
