You will ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready, while mentoring technicians and coordinating preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members with daily tasks and projects.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for safety and functionality.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize guest disruption and maintain standards.
