Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across the property, ensuring facilities, equipment, guest rooms, and public spaces meet the highest standards. You will support the Chief Engineer, lead a maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance, and respond to operational needs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hotel/commercial building maintenance experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with maintenance management systems and work orders.
• Safety-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and team assignments
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems
• Assist in the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Support emergency repairs and respond promptly to maintenance-related issues
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and repair documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and order maintenance supplies and equipment as needed
• Train, coach, and support maintenance team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and property procedures
• Assist the Chief Engineer with departmental planning, projects, and capital improvement initiatives
• Partner with other hotel departments to address operational and guest service needs
