Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in hotel facilities.
• Maintain and service plumbing, HVAC, electrical and related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to brand standards.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document actions.
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas.
• Keep logs and records of maintenance activities.
