Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Specialist who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and helping keep a busy hotel operating at its best. You will perform property inspections, address maintenance concerns, respond to repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role offers $19 per hour, a swing shift that includes weekends and holidays, and travel discounts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Previous maintenance experience with mechanical aptitude is required.
• Customer service skills and clear communication are important.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and plan ahead is expected.
• Team-oriented mindset and physical stamina are essential.

Responsibilities

• Move throughout the property to keep guest areas and equipment in excellent working order.
• Complete inspections and address potential maintenance concerns before they become issues.
• Respond to guest repair requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Address safety risks and complete work orders from multiple departments.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front office to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
