Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Specialist who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and helping keep a busy hotel operating at its best. You will perform property inspections, address maintenance concerns, respond to repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role offers $19 per hour, a swing shift that includes weekends and holidays, and travel discounts

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move throughout the property to keep guest areas and equipment in excellent working order.
• Complete inspections and address potential maintenance concerns before they become issues.

This part-time opportunity pays $19 per hour and offers travel discounts and a flexible swing shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays as needed.

WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

• Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to operate hotel equipment and tools safely

As our Hotel Maintenance Specialist, you'll move throughout the property ensuring guest areas, building systems, and hotel equipment remain in excellent working order. You'll complete property inspections, identify potential maintenance concerns before they become larger issues, respond to guest repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, address safety risks, complete work orders from multiple departments, and partner closely with housekeeping and front office teams. You'll also help maintain security standards, support safety training initiatives, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment where guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
