Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Sedona is seeking a part-time Hotel Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and public areas safe, comfortable, and operating smoothly. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to repair requests, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to support guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude, and good customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance experience and mechanical aptitude required.
• Customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily property walk-throughs to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
• Proactively perform preventative maintenance and maintain records.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on hotel equipment; respond to work orders and guest requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to support guest satisfaction and safety.
