Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff is hiring a part-time Hotel Maintenance Specialist to keep guest areas and building systems in peak condition. Youll inspect property, address maintenance concerns, and coordinate with housekeeping and the front office to ensure a smooth operation.

The role emphasizes reliability, initiative, and professionalism, with a swing shift that includes weekends and holidays. A background in maintenance and strong customer service skills are valued for guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

This part-time opportunity pays $19 per hour and offers travel discounts and a flexible swing shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays as needed.

WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

• Previous maintenance experience with mechanical aptitude

• Ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to operate hotel equipment and tools safely

WHERE YOUR SKILLS WILL SHINE

As our Hotel Maintenance Specialist, you'll move throughout the property ensuring guest areas, building systems, and hotel equipment remain in excellent working order. You'll complete property inspections, identify potential maintenance concerns before they become larger issues, respond to guest repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, address safety risks, complete work orders from multiple departments, and partner closely with housekeeping and front office teams. You'll also help maintain security standards, support safety training initiatives, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment where guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
