Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or senior maintenance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team through coaching and performance management.
• Plan and manage team rotas to ensure coverage across shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Ensure hotel plant and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Manage contractor relationships and budgets.
• Drive sustainability and energy-management initiatives.
