Job summary

• Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and operations of the hotel's physical plant and engineering systems.
• Manage projects, scheduling, and budgeting; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and energy-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with department heads and external contractors; train and evaluate staff.
• Develop emergency procedures and respond to incidents; manage MOD coverage as needed.
