Club Quarters is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the hotel’s Maintenance Team, ensuring safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing operations. You will drive daily maintenance, safety programs, and guest service coordination across departments, while mentoring staff and maintaining standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, preventative maintenance, and adherence to fire life safety codes; a fast-paced hotel environment requires strong organizational skills and hands-on accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a supervisory or management role in hotel maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team; schedule work and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs for guest rooms and premises.
• Oversee budget, expenses, and vendor negotiations for maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with fire, life safety, and OSHA standards.
