Job summary

Qualifications

• Some college or vocational training plus two years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction.
• Hotel maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.
• Professional certification and license if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work assignments to ensure timely completion and quality; monitor performance and initiate actions per policies.
• Perform maintenance and repair on building interiors/exteriors, rooms, and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance; follow safety procedures; educate staff on safety issues.
