Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel Maintenance professional to perform preventative and corrective maintenance across the property's mechanical and electrical systems. You will help maintain the pool, grounds, and building exterior to ensure curb appeal and guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related trades, with strong safety practices and ability to work with a team to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry trades.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine hotel system malfunctions.
• Must follow safety, security and grooming standards.
• Ability to communicate in English with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in hotel mechanical/electrical systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains pool, grounds, and building exterior for curb appeal.
• Reports safety hazards and accidents to supervisor.
• Work with other engineering staff as needed.
