Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to perform preventative and repair work on the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and maintain FF&E, grounds and pool. The role supports 24/7 operations with shift variations, and afternoon shift is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge across maintenance trades, basic electrical/plumbing skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all maintenance trades including basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• Must recognize potential safety hazards and follow hotel policies and procedures.
• High school diploma preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing) throughout the hotel.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule.
• Maintains pool and grounds; handles upkeep of building exterior and curb appeal.
