Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold and repair the hotel's mechanical and electrical systems, pool, grounds, and physical plant. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to urgent issues, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining a neat appearance and assisting others.

The role requires flexibility with shifts; the hotel operates 24/7, so schedule variations are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts and respond to operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs malfunction in mechanical or electrical systems hotel-wide.
• Performs preventative maintenance on a schedule.
• Maintains pool and chemicals; logs maintenance requests.
• Maintains building exterior and curb appeal.
• Adheres to company policies and safety procedures.
• Reports unsafe conditions, accidents, and property damage.
• Maintains neat appearance and assists other engineering staff.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
