Excellent problem-solving and communication are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an engineering degree, and prior hospitality maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; engineering degree preferred.
• Previous maintenance/engineering experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inventory.
