Qualifications

• Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility systems.
• Repair electrical appliances, plumbing fixtures, and general mechanical systems.
• Maintain records and submit reports as required.
