Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods property. The role focuses on maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and supporting upkeep of the resort-like facility.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs, maintain records, and collaborate with team to deliver consistent guest experiences. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and

Qualifications

• Experience in a Maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Performs general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Makes repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Makes repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc.
• Performs general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures. Maintains logs on completed tasks. Prepares reports as requested by supervisors. Submits all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.
