Qualifications

General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry repairs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
Understanding of safety practices and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
Complete work orders and repair logs in the system.
Assist with painting, carpentry, caulking, and cosmetic repairs.
